Mission
The purpose of this website is to provide a mechanism for the exposure of injustices perpetrated upon Black Americans on a daily basis throughout the United States. These injustices seem small by global standards, but they nevertheless destroy the lives of individuals. The United States is a nation of laws, a democracy in which government is "by and for the people". However, the interpretation and enforcement of the laws are implemented by a small segment of the population, many members of which hold views and practice behaviors antithetical to the goals of the United States and all of its peoples.

The federal government has long known that the lack of integrity of a few in power destroys the trust of the many.Hence, there has been the frequent need (since 1954) to enact federal laws and to deploy the National Guard to control the behavior of the few who would abuse their authority for personal gain or to propagate their personal beliefs.

The abuse of authority is particularly apparent in the administration of local justice. States, counties, and municipalities have broad authority in the administration of both criminal and civil actions. The presumption is that local judicial officials will act with integrity. However, we live in a nation with a long history of abuse of minorities and particularly of Blacks. Despite laws to the contrary, the white racist component of American society has continued to refine the mechanisms by which it can practice discrimination against Blacks (in education, employment, housing, voting, litigation, etc. Many refinements of discrimination are enabled by the overrepresentation of certain ethnic groups among state and local government employees, of whom only a small percentage need implement racist practices to achieve broad detrimental effects.

This website is dedicated to the following:
  • Exposure of injustices to Black Americans
  • Dissemination of data on discriminatory practices
  • Proposal of legislation and federal enforcement procedures to bring a halt to these unjust practices
